Are DFV products physical?

No. DFV products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.

When do I receive my files?

Digital products are intended for delivery after successful payment. If you do not receive your files, contact support.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. Templates are designed to be adapted to your own workflow unless a product specifically states otherwise.

Can I share a purchased file?

Purchases are for the customer or business that bought them. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly share DFV files.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital purchases are generally final because files can be accessed immediately. If a file is missing, corrupted or unusable, contact support so we can fix the delivery problem.
