Are DFV products physical?

No. DFV products are digital downloads built for real estate channel partners. Nothing is shipped.

When do I receive my files?

Digital products are delivered after successful payment. If you don't receive your files, contact support.

Can I edit the templates and trackers?

Yes. The Excel trackers and scripts are meant to be adapted to your own brokerage or portfolio unless a product specifically states otherwise.

Can I share a purchased file with my team?

Purchases are for the individual channel partner or business that bought them. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly share DFV files.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital purchases are generally final because files can be accessed immediately. If a file is missing, corrupted or unusable, contact support so we can fix the delivery problem.
